Drinking water

Sarikei is among the worst place in Sarawak during this drought. Although there are rains these few days but it is rather insufficient to revive the water flows in Bayong River where pipe water of Sarikei residents originated from. Some place around had been out of water for several weeks are they survive totally on river water which I think is not very hygiene.

Today i try to filter some water from the local pipe water for drinking purposes but the quality of water scares me. I would monitor for a few hours more on the water quality. If the water is still as dirty as it is now, then I'll be going to Sibu everyday to avoid using these water.

Water is so crucial to lifes, especially in these critical moments.

The water at the upper level is the water that i just get from the pipe.
