Okay, first get a can of Kiwi Shoe Polish. This is the oldest and most trusted shoe polish brand on earth. Most armies and royal guards are using this kind of polish. Next, get a solid brush and a piece of cloth for polishing your shoe.
Uncap the Kiwi and add some water into the cap. Then dig a large amount of Kiwi with the cloth and rub it on the shoe. Start circling the layer with the cloth slowly. You need to do this with patient. You put more effort into it then it will be more shiny. Dip the cloth into the water and continue circling the layer slowly and slowly. Repeat this until you found the layer is getting more shiny and shiny. You should add more layer of Kiwi if your shoe's surface is coarse.
When you get your shining surface then here comes the last step. Take a lighter, burn the surface with the fire (I mean burn it in flash second. Don't burn it like you are burning rubbish). Then you got yourself a shining pair of shoes.
