華小師資短缺‧不批準教師申請轉校
雪蘭莪‧首邦市）雪州華小接獲指示，由于華小面臨師資短缺問題，各校教師無論基于任何理由，都不被批準申請到別校任教。
梳邦華小校長陳華生表示，該校在7月1日起將有12名教師轉校、2名副校長升級和他本身退休，這導致學校出現師資短缺。
他說，校方已接獲指示，倘若教師因結婚欲申請轉校，校長將在申請表格填上“不支持”，以暫緩華小師資短缺問題。
“華小面對師資短缺，以及部分教師無法升職，主要是教育部的機制出現問題。有鑒于此，教育局官員和華小督學應扮演向教育部反映華小困境的角色，捍衛華文教育與提供足夠的師資。”

We all came from Sarawak and Sabah to help Selangor overcome your teacher's shortage and we were given promise to be able to transfer back in five years. Now you say in ten years we cannot go back, not even with the reason of taking care of family. Now we lost the most important treasures in life. Your statement means that you can't overcome shortage of teachers in Selangor in ten years time?
