It's not other people complaining about me... It is me who want to do some complaints before i continue my works on this sunny holiday. uhHH... mentioning about holiday, a day off is nothing but just another working day away from the office and classroom. Had to do some complaining here because its a way to release my stress and secondly i believe my boss were not reading this blog... haha!
2 sets of exam papers, 2 sets of exam sample papers, 3 piles of essays to check, lesson plans, teaching material for the following days, some filing & paper works, blah blah blah... These jobs already far beyond next week to finish! Even my computer started to get boring facing me from morning till night.
I'm the kind of people is either finish the job or won't do it. I'm not considering the second motion so i had to do all those works. This year is really changing me into extrema heavy duty batteries for the school and the administrator. Ketua panitia, discipline, teaching year 6, penyelaras unit beruniform... All these works is still fine but something i heard yesterday makes me feel not so worth it. BOSS says commitment from the staff is not so important. No matter the staff is committed or not, products still have to meet the requirements ("Products" means the students in school or he so called Canned Sardine). I hated that verse... So many of his teachers working life and death from working hours to private time and even sacrificing their sleeping time for school (for sure we got no OT). They never complaints and still working hard. (I'm very exceptional as I'm complaining now, hehe.) When his teacher starts to stop sacrificing private time for him, he will had a very bad retirement at the end of this year.
But anyhow, i do learn about "Agi idup agi ngelaban" from the Royal Rangers Regiments. Had to keep the spirit up, just fight on until the last breath. But for my case, i'm fighting with some red pens, computers, printers, files, results, statistics, exam papers, essays, ISO 2001 and blah blah blah.
OKAY CIKGU, AGI IDUP AGI NGELABAN! Got to start "ngelaban" with the exam papers again. Pray for me that my extream-heavy-duty battery is not going to explode.
